Bodisen Biotech Signs $2.4 Million in New Contracts

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2006--Bodisen Biotech, Inc., (AMEX: BBC - News ; LSE: BODI - News ; website: /) the first China based environmentally friendly bio fertilizer company listed on a US stock exchange, and dually listed in London, today announced that the company has recently signed a total of approximately $2.4 million in new contracts with various new and existing wholesale distributors for 2006 product delivery.

Karen Qiong Wang, chairman and CEO of Bodisen said: "We're pleased to see continued strong sales activity entering into the first part of 2006, which is typically one of the slowest periods of the year.
