listed on a US stock exchange, and dually listed in London, today
announced that the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) started
trading Bodisen options effective today.
The CBOE is the world's largest options marketplace and creator
of listed options, and is regulated by the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC). The CBOE initiates listing of companies on its
options board when they are identified by the CBOE to meet certain
requirements.
Earlier this year, Bodisen was ranked the 16th fastest growing
company in China by Forbes China. In August 2005, BBC's shares were
approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange and in February
of 2006, its shares were approved for a fully registered dual
listing on the London Stock Exchange AIM market. Its advisors were
global law firms Jones Day and ReedSmith, US and China advisor New
York Global Group, London investment bank Charles Stanley, and
reporting accountant Deloitte & Touche.
The Company has not reported any fundamental changes to its
business model or financial condition and expects to report its
