NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 5, 2006--Bodisen Biotech, Inc., (AMEX:BBC; LSE:BODI; website: /) the first China based environmentally friendly bio fertilizer company listed on a US stock exchange, and dually listed in London, today reported that it will release first quarter 2006 financial results on Tuesday, May 9, 2006.

On April 18, 2006, Bodisen issued a press release reaffirming its first quarter and full year 2006 guidance due to strong demand and sales.
