The visit was joined by the company's board members and legal counsel from the US. The visitors toured Bodisen's facilities as well as conducted due diligence meetings with management. The Governor of Shaanxi Province also met with members of the delegation.

Bodisen's management will be in New York during the week of May 22, 2006 to meet with other institutional investors.
