Bodisen Biotech Contract Win & Management changes

Bodisen Biotech, Inc. (the ¡°Company¡±) (London AIM: BODI; OTC Pink Sheets: BBCZ; website: www.bodisen.com) today announces its first export contract win.

Contract Win

The Company announces it has signed a contract with RADUGA Co., Ltd. through Aoshen Imports and Exports Co., Ltd in the city of Huhehaote in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous area for export to customers in Russia. This contract is for approximately 2.3 million RMB in products and represents the first international export order for the Company.

Management changes

Ms Junyan Tong, age 36, has been appointed to serve as the Company¡¯s Chief Financial Officer, replacing Yiliang Lai who has resigned from the Company. Ms Tong has previously served as the Company¡¯s Assistant Chief Financial Officer since 2005. Ms Tong is not a director of the Company.

From 1998 -2002, Ms Tong was Chief Financial Officer of Shenzhen Rongxun Industry Co., Ltd., a fitness equipment manufacturing company, where she was in charge of banking, tax matters, foreign currency issues, general ledgers, budgeting and financial analysis. From 1995- 1998, Ms Tong served as Financial Manager of Guangdong Zhongyunhui Electric Co., Ltd., a telecommunications company. There, Ms Tong was responsible for cost control, budgeting and foreign currency issues. From 1991-1995, Ms Tong was Accounting Manager at Gunagdong Dongguan Anbao Industry Co., Ltd., a China-based electronics appliance company. As accounting Manager, Ms Tong handled financial statements, general ledger ad cost control matters. Ms Tong holds a degree in financial management from Harbin Economic Management Institute.
