Bank, Engages Deloitte & Touche as Auditor, and Launches Dual

Bodisen Continues with Its Listing Application for the
American Stock Exchange
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 2005--Bodisen Biotech, Inc.,
(OTCBB: BBOI, website: /)
announced today that the company recently hosted London investment
bank Charles Stanley's visit to Bodisen in China. Charles Stanley is
a 150 year old member firm of the London Stock Exchange, and one of
the oldest and most reputable investment banks headquartered in
London. The visit was arranged by New York investment bank New York
Global Group (http://www.nyggroup.com)
through its Beijing headquartered China operations.
Charles Stanley (http://www.charles-stanley.co.uk)
will lead Bodisen's efforts towards dual listing in the fall of 2005
on the London Stock Exchange AIM market while placing 10 million
British Pound with institutions in conjunction with the listing.
Deloitte & Touche London will act as Bodisen's auditor for the
AIM listing while the company's current audit firm continues as its
auditor. Bodisen's legal counsel, global law firm ReedSmith
(www.reedsmith.com) acts as attorney for the AIM listing.
The London AIM market is the growth market of the London Stock
Exchange. The AIM market enjoys broad participation by institutional
