Bodisen Biotech to Report Financial Results for the Second Quarter Ended June 30, 2006 on August 14, 2006

(AMEX:BBC - News) (AIM: BODI) (website: /), the first China based environmentally friendly bio fertilizer company listed on a US stock exchange, and dually listed in London, today announced that the company will report financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006 before the U.S. markets open on Monday, August 14, 2006.

On July 10, 2006, Bodisen announced that the company experienced better than expected sales growth in the second quarter of 2006 due to strong customer demand for its environmentally friendly bio fertilizer products and expects to report record revenues and net income for the quarter.
